We want you to absolutely love your jewelry! Since every piece is uniquely customized for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on custom- made designs.
However, please contact us within seven days if something isn't ideal, like as a loose stone, a sizing issue, or any other flaw. We'll take care of it immediately and ensure that your work appears just like you had envisioned.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Our diamonds come with certification from internationally recognized gemological laboratories such as IGI or GIA, depending on the diamond selected. The certification provides detailed information about the diamond’s characteristics, including carat weight, colour, clarity, and other grading details.
When will I get my order?
Our custom engagement rings typically take 3-4 weeks for design, production, and quality inspection. More intricate settings or special requests may require additional time. We will always keep you updated throughout the process and provide an estimated delivery date when your order is placed.
How does the custom ring process work?
Our process is simple and personalized. Start by booking an appointment with us to discuss your preferred diamond, design, metal, and budget. Once everything is finalized, we provide a 3D design for your approval before production begins. Your ring is then carefully crafted and finished, typically within 3–4 weeks.
