Refund Policy

At Just Jewels, each piece of jewelry is made with care and personalized attention. Because of the custom nature of our work, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Custom Jewelry Orders

All custom-made jewelry pieces are non-refundable once the design process has started or production has begun. We work closely with each client to ensure satisfaction during the consultation stage.

2. Appointment Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made before 24 hours are fully refundable.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Design Satisfaction

Before production, we will share design details or sketches (if applicable) for your approval. Once approved, changes may not be possible. We do our best to ensure you’re completely satisfied before finalizing any piece.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a finished piece that is damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will evaluate the issue and may offer a repair or replacement if it meets our warranty terms.
