All appointments must be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly. Please arrive on time or notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

3. Custom Orders

All jewelry pieces are made to order based on your preferences and design approvals. Once a custom design is confirmed and production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

4. Payments

A deposit may be required to begin the design or production process. Full payment must be made before delivery or pickup. We accept payment methods as specified during your consultation or booking process.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders are non-refundable. Appointment cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
