1. Shipping Availability

We currently offer shipping within Canada. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss options.

2. Shipping Time

As all our pieces are custom-made, production time will vary depending on the design.

  • Custom Jewelry: Typically ships within 2–4 weeks after design approval.

  • We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of your consultation.

3. Shipping Method

We use trusted courier services such as Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS, with tracking and insurance included for your peace of mind.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees will be calculated and shared during your appointment or before final payment.

  • Standard Shipping: Free within Canada for orders over [Insert Amount]

  • Express Shipping: Available at an additional cost upon request

5. Order Tracking

Once your jewelry is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery status.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

All items are carefully packaged and insured. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.

7. In-Studio Pickup (Optional)

If you’re located in Vancouver, you may choose to pick up your jewelry directly from our studio. Please select this option when scheduling your appointment.
